Do you ship your products?
Yes! We offer nationwide shipping within the U.S. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and shipping times typically range from 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Where can I find your products locally?
We pop up at local markets throughout the year, especially in the Peachtree City and Alpharetta areas. Follow us on Instagram @naturesgoat_exclusives for real-time updates or check our “Events” page on the website for our market schedule.
What ingredients do you use in your products?
We believe in clean, honest skincare. Our products are handmade using natural, responsibly sourced ingredients including goat milk, plant-based oils, essential oils, and botanical extracts. You won’t find synthetic fragrances, parabens, or harsh preservatives here.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin or eczema?
Yes. Many of our customers use Nature’s Goat products to soothe dry, irritated, or eczema-prone skin. Our Unscented Goat Milk Soap, Oat Milk- Oats & Honey bars, and Emollient vegan friendly lotions are especially popular with sensitive skin types.
How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website, feel free to message us via Instagram or email us at support@naturesgoat.com with the products you’d like. We’ll send you a payment link and shipping details.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards in $25 increments. They’re perfect for birthdays, holidays, or just because. Gift cards are delivered by email and include instructions for use at checkout.
What’s your return and refund policy?
Due to the personal nature of skincare products, all sales are final. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there’s a problem with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

Are your products safe for children?
Yes! Our gentle formulas are safe for children and babies. Little ones and sensitive skin are our brands inspiration. We always recommend patch testing new products, especially on young or sensitive skin.
How should I store my handmade products?
Store your soaps and lotions in a cool, dry place. For soaps, use a draining soap dish to prolong their life. Our products are made fresh in small batches and do not contain strong chemical preservatives, so use them within 6–12 months for best results.
